If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days.  You can exchange the item, or we can refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.  

Please email sales@animosa.co to let us know whether you'd like an exchange or refund, and we'll reply with our return mailing address and shipping instructions.

We believe in making high-quality products that last a lifetime.  

Should you discover any manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects in our gear, we will happily exchange it.  If your product is damaged from regular wear and tear, we will gladly repair it for a modest fee.
